We were surfing the web together one day when she ran across some bracelet jewelry that she fell in love with. She made some witty comments about the fact that there is no way we could afford such bracelet jewelry. While she seemed not too hurt by it, I could see she really wanted the bracelet jewelry anyway. Little did she know that I had been putting money aside for occasions such as this. While she was sleeping I got online, and ordered the bracelet she liked with a special request attached to the order. After a couple days it arrived. I packaged it with a nice bow, and set the bracelet jewelry in the center of the table with a candle lit meal. When she got home from hanging out with her friends, she smiled from ear to ear. After opening the gift, and seeing the bracelet, she was speechless. As she looked down to gather herself, she saw the engraving on the inside of the bracelet jewelry saying "love is worth a thousand pictures." She instantly jumped from her chair across the table, ran over to me, and gave me the biggest hug I have ever had.
